This is a unique blend of inner exploration for deepening yourself and outer development for growing your practice, while developing great leadership skills. At the end of the week you will:
- Be able to use the designation official “The Spiritual Leader Workshop,” and be authorized and trained to lead groups in the Dream Coach process.
- Gain clarity on your life’s purpose, and use it to transform your coaching practice
- Learn how to use your purpose to create compelling marketing that gets you clients.
- Learn four different methods for helping your clients find their true life’s purpose.
- Learn to use purpose coaching to raise your fees and transform your clients' lives.
- Know how to increase your income through group coaching.
- Understand the role of a group leader and the difference between individual and group coaching.
- Receive enrollment ideas for filling your groups and be able to clearly articulate the value of Dream Coaching to the “bottom line."
- Learn how to speak, listen and resolve conflict more effectively in order to gain better results with your clients and in your life.
- Have the skills to conduct “laser focus” coaching. Produce extraordinary results and add value on every call, so your client is emotionally engaged and lasting change is taking place.
- Obtain systems for capturing, managing and monitoring the progress of clients in a group.
- See how to market the 10-step program as an ongoing process.
- Garner an expanded identity as an exceptional Dream Coach as you strengthen your own journey and live more authentically.
- Develop and sustain a network of other Certified Spiritual Leader Trainees for support and growth long after this week ends.
- Learn to fill workshops.
This is offered once a year and open only to Certified Dream Coaches®. It is lead by Marcia Wieder, Jeffrey Van Dyk, and Barbara Fagan.
The International Coach Federation (ICF) has awarded The Power Leader Training continuing coaching education approval in the following continuing education categories:
- 20.0 hours ICF Core Competencies
- 15.0 hours Personal Development of the Coach
- 10.0 hours Development of Coaching Practice

Requirement: You must have begun to take at least two people through the Dream Coach® process by the time this program begins.

A $500 - Non-refundable deposit is due now to secure your spot. Space is extremely limited and participants will be registered on a first come basis.
Once your deposit is paid, your credit card will be charged monthly payments. Unless otherwise requested, the amount charged is calculated by deducting the deposit and dividing the balance by the amount of remaining months prior to when the workshop begins. Workshop must be paid in full 30 days before it begins.
